The Job:
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level support to the CEO, with a primary focus on complex calendar and meeting management, day-to-day administrative support, and light office operations. This is a temporary position for maternity leave coverage and is expected to be from January, 2026 to April, 2026.
What You'll Do:
Own and manage the CEO's calendar, including heavy scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of internal and external meetings across multiple time zones.
Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve them while protecting focus time and critical priorities for the CEO.
Coordinate meeting logistics, conference rooms, and technology setup, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Coordinate the CEO's travel, including flights, ground transportation, and hotel accommodations.
Handle day-to-day office needs such as ordering snacks, beverages, and office supplies, and maintaining an organized, well-stocked workspace.
Serve as a professional, friendly point of contact for internal team members and external partners on behalf of the CEO.
