Seneca Resources Leadership

As COO, Mr. Persiano is responsible for the execution of the company’s strategic business plan. In conjunction with the Founding Partners, Mr. Persiano provides strategic guidance and leadership in the areas of territory development, customer engagement, sales and service delivery.

Prior to joining Seneca Resources in 2019, Mr. Persiano spent over 17 years with Experis, Manpower Group. Over his 20-year career in the professional services industry, Mr. Persiano served in multiple roles earning promotions to include leadership positions at the regional and corporate level.

Mr. Goss Serves as CFO and advisor for Seneca Resources overseeing Accounting, Finance and back office operations.

Throughout his 30-year career, Scott has consulted with and provided expert guidance to nearly 200 companies in areas including business development, information systems, and financial management. In 2015, The Washington, D.C. Metro Area Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth recognized Mr. Goss’s exhibited excellence by recognizing him as the ACG Dealmaker of the Year (Private Company).

Scott has also held executive leadership positions at SIGNAL Corporation as CFO/CIO, Veridian Corporation as President, Dataline as Executive Vice President, and Preferred Systems Solutions as President and CEO.
