Monitor customer feedback, reviews and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Co-operate with management in fulfilment of its legislative obligations. Other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex data reports.
