Position Summary

Sales professional responsible for growing LG's market share with specified accounts in an assigned territory. Achieve and/or exceed sales quotas by calling on current and prospective accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Implement strategies to expand LG's market share with small regional accounts within an assigned territory Create initial business plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets and review with Dir., Sales Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management Manage channel and LG inventory levels for optimization Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing dollars and activities for maximum brand exposure and growth Manage administrative tasks with support from Inside Sales team


Education/Experience:

As part of a dynamic sales team, the candidate will provide Field Sales support for a Strategic customer representing Analog Devices' broad portfolio of Analog/RF, Mixed-Signal, Processing and Power products as well as System Solutions. This position involves leading sales support teams, including internal Technology Groups and Business Units to drive new business opportunities and convert them into solid revenue generation. This position will be based in San Jose.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


Deliver robust revenue growth and market share expansion at the highest potential customers in the Consumer market Create and maintain relationships with customer decision makers at all levels up to and including senior management Deep engagement in the customer decision making journey, from solution ideation through commercialization Becoming the customer's most valued external partner by understanding critical business and technical challenges and delivering customer tailored proposals which leverage ADI's differentiated capabilities Translate the customer's business objectives to internal ADI stake holders, gaining support needed to address the customer's unique business circumstances Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams focused on converting business opportunities to revenue All aspects of business and opportunity management including customer revenue forecasting



Qualifications:

The Senior Account Manager (SAM) serves as the primary contact for BrightView'sclients. They build and sustain long-term relationships, focusing on both client retention and ancillary sales, while providing oversight for field operations. The Senior Account Manager supervises the Production Manager, who directly manages all field operations and Associate Account Managers. They are responsible for coaching and developing these team members.


You'd be responsible for:
