Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $133,000 to $153,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.

As AccountManager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chris Semans - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments.
