Develop and manage the annual budget process. Monitor financial performance against budget and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations. Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices and managing cash flow. Monitor accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments and minimizing outstanding balances. Project weekly invoicing expectations and review variances with management. Provide a system of management cost reports. Analyze production costs and implement strategies to improve cost efficiency. Conduct regular cost audits to ensure accurate product costing. Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards. Oversee inventory management and reconciliation processes. Manage and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational initiatives. Analyze and use data to create departmental KPIs for a data-driven culture. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborate with senior management to identify growth opportunities and assess financial implications. Minimum of 5 years progressive accounting or finance experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment, and 3+ years of experience working with ERP systems. Your confidence, positive attitude and expertise in store shortage reduction programs will positively influence behaviors and allow you to effectively build trust and respect amongst customers and associates.
