The right candidate will exhibit good business judgment and acumen and be both confident and flexible in their views. Demonstrated interpersonal skills and oral and written communication skills are a must.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
1-2 years of experience with accrual-based accounting, including AR, journal entries, month-end close, and bank reconciliations.
Proven reliability and consistent attendance.
Excellent oral and written communication skills; comfortable engaging with all levels of the organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and manage projects effectively.
High attention to detail with strong proofreading and editing abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and efficiently.
Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.
