Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
5+ years of progressive financial analysis or FP&A experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
Proven experience working independently, managing projects, and driving results with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, including the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated success building relationships across all levels of the organization.
Working knowledge of U.S.GAAP or core accounting principles.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from $82,500- $110,000. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. About the Role
Reporting to the Controller, the Assistant Controller will lead monthly, quarterly and annual close processes and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data. This is a new position brought about by the creation of a new U.S. debt fund formed in 2023 as well as two new separate account mandates that were closed over the past quarter. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in running the financial statement/key metrics model and produce timely and accurate quarterly financial statements
* Lead capital calls, distributions, drawdowns on subscription lines (as applicable), and external debt facilities to meet liquidity needs
