ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Treasury Management
Assist Controller with oversight of treasury function;

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.
CPA license (or actively pursuing) strongly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years progressive accounting experience; public accounting experience, ideally with a Big Four firm, is highly desirable.
Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP; experience with ASC 360 (Property, Plant, and Equipment) preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis).
Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to explain complex issues clearly and effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with fixed asset modules in ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar).

Requirements
At least 8+ years of experience managing multiple departments including Accounting, Customer Service

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Assistant Controller to join our Finance team. The Assistant Controller will play a critical role in managing real estate, property management, and construction-related accounting activities while guiding staff, improving processes, and supporting organizational growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the monthly close process, ensuring accurate and timely reporting across multiple properties, projects, and entities.
Post and review month-end journal entries to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial reporting.
