The incumbent is responsible for ensuring NorthStar's disclosed accounting practices are in accordance with the Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) via a compliant Disclosure Statement (DS). The GA Manager will lead all aspects of the Forward Pricing Rate Proposal (FPRP) and Incurred Cost Submission (ICS) processes, from development through audit and negotiation of rate agreements with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) Divisional Administrative Contracting Officer (DACO). The GA Manager will have daily contact with NorthStar Finance, Engineering, and business P&L stakeholders. Additionally, the GA Manager will have ongoing interactions with representatives from US Government Buying Commands, DCMA, and DCAA.
