ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Accountant is responsible for the general accounting operations for a mixed-use development portfolio located in Little River, just north of Miami, including day-to-day accounting, monthly close, reconciliations, financial reporting, and compliance. This role includes property- and tenant-level accounting, development fee tracking, tax compliance, payroll processing, and systems management (Yardi and related platforms). The Senior Accountant will also lead financial discussions with executives, support audits, and act as a resource for property managers and the investments team.
