Experience: * Approximately 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, financial reporting, and/or oil and gas accounting. * Public accounting experience preferred. Competencies: * Strong technical experience and knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and SEC reporting * Ability to communicate information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing * Demonstrate and promote Devon's employee attributes * Strong organization, time management, attention to detail and prioritization skills * Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Certifications: * Certified Public Accountant (CPA) required.
