Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years as an Executive Assistant or similar role supporting high-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced, professional environment.
Organization & Time Management: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage a variety of projects in a fast-paced setting.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools (such as Asana, Trello, etc.) is a must. Experience with tech company platforms is a bonus.
Strong Communicator: Clear, concise, and professional in both written and verbal communication. You know how to articulate ideas and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive & Team-Oriented: Self-starter with a positive, flexible attitude and the ability to collaborate with different teams across the company.
Education: A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but we value your experience and drive above all else.
Onsite Presence: Enthusiastic about being in the office to contribute to the team's success and foster a positive workplace environment.
