The job profile for this position is Infrastructure Engineering Senior Advisor, which is a Senior Contributor Career Track Role.

Responsible for the installation, implementation, performance, testing, and integrity of a large IBM MQ environment
Responsible for MQ Support on z/OS Sysplex, running Queue Sharing Groups and on AIX and Linux Responsible for MQ Support for MQ Clusters, Uniform Clusters, and Multi-instance Queue Manager Work with Development, Operations, and other technical teams on new and existing MQ project implementations Maintain IBM MQ system options for optimum performance and availability. Assist with the development and maintenance of MQ standards and procedures. Work with internal and external clients in implementing MQ solutions and problem resolution. Working with operation teams to quickly resolve incidents and automate operational processes such as IPLs, Queue Manager recycles, and dump processing. Developing MQ platform design and architecture.



Requirements:


Ability to provide L3 escalation support. At least 8+ years of hands-on experience supporting MQ in large IBM z/OS / AIX/Linux environment. At least 8 years of experience with ZOS, AIX, RHEL Knowledge on AS400 and Windows is a plus Experience MQ SSL implementation Experience with MQ Client and MQ Resource Adapter Experience with MQ High Availability - Queue Sharing Group, Multi-Instance Queue Manger Experience with mainframe software installation, maintenance and support Experience with automation framework/language/engine like Ansible is a plus Experience with monitoring and dashboarding tools like IR360, Splunk, Tivoli, and other system management tools is a plus. Must have strong communication and documentation skills



Education:


Four-year college degree in Computer Science/Management or equivalent education

**Responsibilities**

+ In coordination with divisional and functional leaders, identify opportunities to secure government funding support for proposed future ZF investments.

+ Manage the initiation, design, and implementation of relevant opportunities, with a focus on transformation, innovation, workforce development, and plant investments.

+ Build and grow networks with federal, state, and local entities engaged in the design and deployment of funding opportunities.

+ Represents ZF externally and participate regularly in public funding-related association and committee meetings.

**Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's Degree required

+ 3+ years experience in the field of public funding.

+ Prior success enabling the securing of government funding or the development and deployment of public grant programs.

+ Business fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish or German a plus.

Responsibilities

Strategic HR Consulting - Serves as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and managers in the CSC on a wide variety of people-related and organizational topics including organizational design, senior leader development, performance management, talent and rewards planning.

+ Change Management - Partner with business teams to design and implement a change management plan to support organizational change.

+ Workforce Analytics - Spend time understanding the financials, metrics, and budgets of each business. Analyze HR trends and metrics to anticipate people related needs based on projected business growth and develop solutions, to continuously improve performance, retention, and the overall employee experience.

+ Talent Planning - Consult with leaders on effective talent management processes and help develop and implement strategic talent plans by understanding the business strategy, challenges, and initiatives.

+ Project Management- Design and implement multiple, concurrent projects working collaboratively with various COE partner teams in support of business & HR objectives that will impact team member experiences, growth, and retention.

+ Communication - Partner with team members throughout the organization to communicate and educate on policies, procedures, and compliance.

Skills And Experience

+ 7-10+ years of Human Resource or Talent Management experience supporting multiple executives (VP+) and business teams.

+ Functional HR expertise in the following areas: talent management, employee and manager coaching, HR program and process implementation, learning and development, compensation and recognition, employee engagement, and employee relations.

+ Self-starter and change agent that is comfortable with ambiguity with a natural tendency to take initiative and work independently. Proven experience managing multiple priorities and anticipating needs.

+ Exceptional communication skills combined with demonstrated problem solving ability that challenge the status quo are critical for this role.

+ Ability to build and maintain trust-based, collaborative relationships and influence others

+ Demonstrated ability to analyze data, understand trends and develop recommendations for action that challenge expectations.

+ Strong personal and professional integrity with ability to work with confidential information.

+ Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a broader team in a matrixed environment.
