As a Risk and Control AdvisorSenior within PNC's Independent Risk Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH or Dayton, OH.
- Responsible for overseeing Independent Risk Management (IRM) challenge activities for the majority of Change@PNC Tier 1 Delivery Projects. This oversight allows for one Voice of Risk on PNC's significant projects.
- Gain an understanding of Change@PNC processes and Independent Project Risk Oversight (iPRO) role in the processes.
- Build relationships with Business Owner/Sponsor, Project Manager, 1LOD Risk, Project Quality Assurance (PQA) Analyst, and IRM Partners assigned to the Delivery Project to help ensure that all parties are aligned on roles and responsibilities and work together during the project lifecycle.
- As the IRM Senior Leader, participate in governance activities (e.g., Project Status calls, Deployment Prep discussions, Project Go and No Go meetings, and Steering/Working Group meetings) to represent IRM and understand project status and any issues during the project lifecycle, including preparation for project deployment.
- Lead periodic IRM Partner meetings and provide updates on project status and any risk concerns based on the governance activities to the IRM Partners assigned to the Delivery Project and also provide updates to 1LOD with any risk concerns being escalated by the IRM Partners.
- Coordinate with Line of Business to ensure that IRM Partners are participating and challenging the Process, Risk, and Control (PRC) analysis for assigned Delivery Projects.
- Coordinate reviews of defects, incidents, and issues with Line of Business and IRM Partners, including challenging manual work arounds.

+ Oversees and/or designs the risk management program and corresponding communication strategies. Engages the lines of business to review and challenge compliance with programs.
+ Ensures the risk management program is maintained and enhanced to support the businesses in managing their risks while meeting regulatory expectations.
+ Oversees the timely and proper execution of the risk management program within and across the lines of business. Includes consultation to execute the program components.
+ Provides risk expertise while working with the businesses and other risk partners (e.g., Compliance, Technology Risk, etc.) to proactively identify risk exposures across PNC.
+ Reviews, challenges, and reports the business self assessment results (including new initiatives, business as usual activities, and risk management program) to higher level management.

TRC's National Energy Siting and Permitting Practice is seeking to grow our successful transmission and renewables siting and permitting practice. As part of our growth, TRC is seeking an experienced Senior Siting Specialist to participate in business development efforts and lead the development, permitting, and regulatory strategy for complex energy infrastructure projects requiring certification by the state Public Utility Commission's (PUCs), with preference given for the Ohio Power Siting Board process.
This senior-level role will serve as a technical lead and client liaison, guiding projects through the routing and siting process following PUC requirements from pre-application planning to post-certification compliance. Candidates interested should have a minimum of 10 years of experience within a range of sectors including power generation and transmission, oil and gas, energy project siting, environmental review, and stakeholder coordination, with a strong working knowledge of the State Administrative Code requirements and related federal/state permitting frameworks. The role will include leading the preparation and support of CPCN Applications to the PUCs, and have familiarity with ecological, cultural and stormwater permitting protocols and requirements. Candidates should be familiar with Ohio and surrounding states and their regulations related to transmission siting, have experience working with tribes, federal and state agencies and understand the NEPA processes related to these agencies. Candidates should also have a basic knowledge of GIS, broad knowledge of the permitting and construction issues unique to electric transmission projects, be able to use that knowledge to conduct route selection studies, be familiar with basic mapping (e.g., USGS topographic maps and digital aerial photographs), and have good written and oral communication skills.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Engages in the most complex estate administration, including addressing special assets, liquidity and concentrated holdings; assisting in resolution of family/beneficiary conflicts; preserving and conserving estate assets overall; obtaining accurate valuations and meeting all administrative and legal deadlines. Supports the estate settlement business both internally and with Centers of Influence.
Works with external entities to understand, contribute to and implement fiduciary/tax planning strategies and assess financial planning impacts for the beneficiaries. Engages in business-retention and sales opportunities.
Ensures and coordinates the preparation of appropriate tax returns and court or other state-required filings for the estate and the decedent. Administers estate settlement trusts and other estate- related trusts.
Serves as a subject matter resource for the estate settlement team, fiduciary and market leadership. May serve as a point of escalation for problem resolution and stand as a proxy for fiduciary leadership. Assists in determining work assignments of other estate settlement advisors.
