Key Responsibilities:

Acts as an advocate for most complex clients and claims, demonstrating advanced problem resolution skills and the ability to manage and communicate issues for key accounts by providing coverage advice to clients. This person will be responsible for establishing, building and maintaining sustainable client relationships. Ensures appropriate client communication, client focus and client control of priorities by coordinating with client organization at strategic, tactical and operational levels. Works with customer to identify opportunities for innovation, cost reduction, improved efficiencies and business challenges. Acts as liaison between I/S and leadership for assigned business units. This individual contributor position, combining customer service and back of house operations, is responsible for supporting the team lead, training and managing assigned team, vehicle purchase, pickup, accurately assessing, documenting and maintaining the status and appearance of Carvana's wholesale inventory.
