WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A PAYMENT SENIOR AGENT:Act as the payments front line of BetFanatics by communicating directly with customers through emails, chats, and phone calls.Help share payments insights and trends to all business areas, including product, marketing, and operations.Reconcile customer payments and withdrawals daily with third-party vendors and banking institutions.Liaise with various business teams to make appropriate corrections for any variances.Process withdrawal requests and performs necessary checks as part of the payments processing procedure.Work within a team environment to gather, interpret and analyze data.Interact with internal client data tools and software to extract information upon request.Provide inbound support related to customer financial inquiries.Assist in developing and maintaining daily/weekly/monthly reporting for financial, gaming, and other statistical data.Recognize possible suspicious, fraudulent, or AML activity and partner with the Fraud team to resolve it.Perform all related and compatible duties as assigned and assist in ad hoc projects.

WHAT SKILLS WILL YOU USE:2-4 years of experience in a payments-related industry.A Bachelor's Degree in a related field will be considered an asset.Understanding of gaming and payment processes.Self-motivated, analytical thinker with exceptional attention to detail.Investigative curiosity with strong organizational skills.Competence with Zendesk/Salesforce & Microsoft Office product suite. + Some knowledge of general and Import/Export Computer application technology desirable

+ Some knowledge of international commerce (Incoterms, method, customs regulations etc.) desirable

+ Good verbal and written communication Skill

+ Must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays as necessary
