* Business Planning and Analysis - Conducts complex analyses and reporting in support of general business operations, special projects/initiatives and/or strategic/operational planning activities.
* Often assigned as a project lead on business unit initiatives and will enlist support from more junior staff or peers.
* Defines and develops new approaches to required analytics.
* Determines where measurement gaps exist and devises new metrics or reports to fill those gaps.
* Reviews operational data/metrics, analyzes and synthesizes the data, then compiles into reports or presentations.
* Navigates across the business to effectively complete tasks.
* Develops consultative partnerships with internal teams and leaders to understand their strategic objectives, key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
* Communicates with internal teams and leaders to stay abreast of organization and function operations and is familiar with company practices relevant to metrics, performance indicators, reporting protocols, etc.
* Leads special projects/initiatives for the function or business unit.
* Serves as a resource to more junior staff on complex or unprecedented issues.
* Collaborates with and supports leaders and their teams to ensure analytical and reporting needs are aligned, and supports business and operating results.
* No direct reports.
* Provides guidance to less experienced staff.
* Leads projects including assigning work and monitoring quality and completion.
* Contributes to the achievement of function or business unit objectives.
* Work product supports data-driven decision-making by team, functional or business unit leaders.

* Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
* 7-10 years of total work experience preferred.

You will help devise an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives focused on Intelligent Search and Knowledge Management for both the Digital and Service Segments, using the latest technologies to create amazing, customer-focused products. In this role, you will directly work with key business stakeholders to define requirements to solve complex business problems and determine solution requirements by applying advanced process, technical and business knowledge. You will act as a trusted liaison and collaborate with the business and functional stakeholders to formulate and define systems and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. You will devises or modify procedures and processes to solve complex problems considering technology capacity and limitations, cutting edge technical capabilities in Intelligent Search and Knowledge Management, and translate desired results into actionable requirements. You will also validate benefits achieved from solution implementation to ensure we are working on the highest value items and that the solution will provide those benefits. You will also influence the department's strategy and make decisions on complex issues regarding technical approach for project components. You will operate in a largely self-directed arena, reporting to the Manager of Software Engineering.

**Required Qualifications**

+ Bachelor's degree

+ 5 or more years of technical experience

+ Working knowledge of ad-hoc query tools and data repositories that support data extraction and manipulation

+ Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle

+ Experience in problem analysis and process

+ Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Visio

+ Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ MBA or other Advanced Degree

+ Six Sigma certification

+ PMP certification

+ Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering

+ Demonstrated experience with Intelligent Search and Knowledge Management capabilities

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. This will be a hybrid working role with Tuesdays''s and Thursdays in the office.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Perform trial analysis
• Research and resolve exceptions from the trial analysis
  • Review disbursement states
  • Verify disbursement frequency for accuracy
  • Validate large disbursements/payment changes +/-
  • Validate surplus, shortage, or deficiencies
• Perform final analysis
  • Audit final analysis
  • Insure analysis file is uploaded to the print vendor and imaging system.
• Perform analysis as required for loan modifications and loans in bankruptcy
• Work daily exception reports
• Complete loan research regarding questions on analysis for clients, QWRs, audits, etc.

• Two years of experience performing escrow analysis is preferred.
