The Data Analyst Team Manager will lead a team focused on leveraging data and artificial intelligence (AI) to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization. Ensure the delivery of high-quality PowerBI dashboards and automated reporting tools tailored to business needs.
Drive experimentation and statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Maintain data governance standards, ensuring compliance with privacy and security protocols.
Stay current with emerging AI technologies and trends and assess their applicability within the organization.
Attend annual NWTF Convention, regional meetings and training opportunities, as necessary.
Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities:
Proven experience with AI/ML tools and platforms (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow, Azure ML).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
Hands-on experience with data lakes, including architecture, ingestion, and querying strategies.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in nonprofit or conservation sectors is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with GIS data and spatial analytics.
Experience managing AI initiatives in cross-functional environments.
Knowledge of Copilot and generative AI applications for internal productivity.

Provide Savannah River Misson Completion (SRMC) an Electrical & Instrumentation Subject Matter Expert (SME). This would include support for the maintenance organization and coordination for the following:
Measuring & Test Equipment (MT&E), Installed Process Instrumentation, Radiological Monitoring Equipment, and Distributive Control Systems. (Note this is a list of examples and is not all inclusive)
Provide mentoring for E&I mechanics and FLMs on Instrumentation Calibrations, DCS, M&TE & Radiological Instruments at management discretion.
Ensures schedules are logically correct and has included the applicable Work Package approvals, Pre-Job Briefing(s), Lockout(s)/Tagout(s), LCOs, and Post Maintenance Tests (PMTs).
Ensuring Task Readiness.
Interfaces with Engineering, RCO, Operations and other support groups to ensure adequate support for field activities.
Meet with the Work Window Coordinator/Operations/Engineering/Maintenance personnel to review, evaluate and resolve maintenance schedule impacts.
Assist with performing Technical Safety Requirements (TSR) calibrations, which includes surveillance procedure reviews and implementation.

Working with the Operations Processing Center manager to coordinate the maintenance and configuration of IBML scanners to ensure proper operation and image quality. This may entail reading of log files, opening tickets and working with service technicians as needed.
This position is expected to make independent decisions concerning the processes to be followed, determining the priority and order in which to complete tasks, the appropriateness of the information to be processed and the actions to be taken utilizing MRS systems. The person in this position is required to interpret the laws, rules, and policies of Maine Revenue Services in the conduct of their job.
Responsible for working with Operations Processing Center support staff in researching and correcting problem batches that have failed automated processing through TRIPS; will work with the MRS TRIPS Tech Team to ensure that resolution is achieved. Research and complete bank adjustments, completing monthly reporting of corrections completed.
Conducts reviews of unit organization, operations, information flow, integrated production methods, and inventory control to identify work problems, program deficiencies, and resource waste.

+ Coordinate with HAF and other MAJCOM offices (Air Combat Command, Air Mobility Command, etc.) on briefings, working groups, regularly scheduled meetings, and on development of common products and processes.
+ Administer applicable data repositories (e.g., websites, SharePoint, C2IE) associated with plans on NIPR, SIPR, and other networks.
+ Support 9AF AFCENT personnel in response to routine suspense's and staff inquiries as applicable to 9AF AFCENT/USCENTCOM plans and general/broader office management and processes (such as Division-level tasker management) when required. In addition, the contractor shall assist in the development, for government production and distribution, of written documentation (e.g., 9AF AFCENT policy letters, letters of instruction, business rules, etc.), which enhance the understanding of 9AF AFCENT/USCENTCOM planning and execution.

NET Web Forms, ASP.NET MVC, C#, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, and T-SQL to design and develop technical solutions to new and existing problems with varying scale and complexity utilizing fundamental design concepts and department standards to support work at the intersection of longitudinal machine learning, multi-modal analysis, clinical informatics, and population health.
Application Implementation and Maintenance
Develops and maintains applications and databases by working with the team lead in evaluating client needs, analyzing requirements, and developing software systems across multiple projects. Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements. Prepares workflow documents using knowledge of client capabilities, subject matter, development technologies, and logic. Confirms program operation, integrity, consistency, and standards compliance with each platform necessitated by the client.
Communication
Identifies and transcribes client requirements and requests using interpersonal skills and ability to translate to all technical or non-technical audiences. Provides design and requirements for user guide documentation and validates its content. Oversight of customer service tasks such as user training, user queries, operational problems, and system problems. Enhance staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions, teaching improved processes, and conveying general accessibility.
Supervision
Serves as team lead to junior application developers.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Informatics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field with three years related experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior involvement in healthcare, academic operations, or public sector analytics.
Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Encompass) or academic admissions systems (AMCAS).
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Detail-oriented.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer software/databases.
Shift/Salary/Benefits
Shift: Days/M-F (work outside of normal business hours will likely be required of an employee in an exempt level position)
Pay Band: B11
Salary Range: $56,600/annually - $72,200/annually
Salary to be commensurate with qualifications of the selected candidate within the established range (generally minimum-midpoint) of the position.
