Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with renewable energy monitoring systems (SCADA, DAS, or HEIS). Basic understanding of solar PV and battery energy storage system (BESS) operations. Experience with data visualization, dashboard creation, or report automation. Customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to internal/external inquiries.
