Basic Qualifications:
Working experience with Maintenance Connection or other CMMS applications and understanding of asset management, work order management, and preventive maintenance activities
Knowledge of APIs, SQL and database management.
Familiarity with system integration and data migration activities.
Experience with analyzing data and creating Power BI reports.
Working knowledge of Project Management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Certification or 3 - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, or a related field.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year. Key Responsibilities
Serve as the subject-matter expert for SAGE (Intacct / Sage 300), with a focus on inventory, purchasing, and cost tracking
Support and optimize supply chain, materials, and inventory workflows tied to multifamily development and construction projects
Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of inventory items, job costing, and cost codes within SAGE
Reconcile inventory, WIP, and project costs; identify and resolve discrepancies
Partner with accounting, construction, and procurement teams to improve data integrity and reporting
Assist with system enhancements, process documentation, and user training as needed
Qualifications
