DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Partner with the General Manager to provide actionable financial insight and guidance on business performance. * Lead annual budget and periodic forecast cycles, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. * Prepare and deliver monthly financial results packages, including detailed commentary on variances and business drivers. * Analyze P&L by customer, product, and channel to identify opportunities to improve profitability. * Track and report operational performance metrics, ensuring alignment between financial results and production/operations. * Monitor operating expenses and headcount, providing transparency and recommendations for cost management. * Provide snapshot reporting (budget vs. actual, year-over-year) and trend analysis to highlight risks and opportunities. * Build and maintain financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions. * Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other teams to strengthen the link between financial results and operational drivers. * Other duties, as assigned REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. * 5+ years of experience in FP&A or a similar analytical role. * Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial systems. * Expert financial modeling and forecasting skills. * Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to interpret complex data, identify key insights, and present insights to leadership. * Proven ability to influence decision-making and collaborate across functions. * Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS The starting base salary range for this position is $83,232 - $104,040 per year. The compensation posted is the anticipated pay for the position at the time of the posting.
