Key Responsibilities
The core responsibilities of this role include:
Budgeting and forecasting: Participate in the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and incorporating historical data, trends, and business drivers.
Sponsor & lender reporting: Prepare monthly reporting packages for the private equity sponsor, support quarterly Board presentations, and manage lender reporting requirements including covenant calculations and compliance schedules.
Develop and maintain financial models: Build sophisticated models for scenario analysis, ROI evaluations, investment opportunities, and variance analysis to forecast financial performance and identify risks/opportunities.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis: Analyze financial data, performance metrics, and KPIs to provide insights on manufacturing performance, revenue drivers, and operational efficiencies, including variance analysis and commentary on business trends.
Prepare and present reports: Generate daily/monthly/quarterly management reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
Collaborate across teams: Partner with cross-functional departments, executive leadership, and business units to gather financial inputs, evaluate initiatives, and drive performance improvements.
Monitor performance and risks: Track key financial metrics, identify emerging trends or issues, and recommend solutions to optimize assets, investments, and cost-saving opportunities.
Drive process improvements: Evaluate and implement enhancements to FP&A tools, systems, and methodologies to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or CFA/CPA preferred).
3-7+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related roles.
Proven track record in a fast-paced environment.

The Technical Lead/Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for providing high-level technical guidance, project leadership, and quality assurance across major water and wastewater infrastructure projects with a focus in CA, AZ, TX, and FL.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong process/mechanical or civil background, serving as a go-to expert for project teams and clients during opportunity development, design, construction, commissioning, and O&M phases. The role will work in direct coordination with the Business Development team to support strategic market growth initiatives in the U.S. W&WW O&M sector, helping drive new opportunities through a deep understanding of municipal and industrial markets. The role involves cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, supporting RFP development, and working closely with technical and operations teams. The role will be qualified to serve as Key Personnel for strategic projects and retain primary ownership of the initial implementation phase of new projects.
Ideal candidate must be able to travel according to business needs. The ideal candidate should be open to work in any of these locations: Phoenix AZ, San Diego CA, or San Antonio TX.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical authority on W/WW treatment, conveyance, and infrastructure concept development, design review support and project implementation through long-term O&M.
Lead multi-disciplinary technical teams and coordinate across design, construction, and operations.
Provide QA/QC oversight and ensure technical excellence on project deliverables.
Support the development, review and submittal of proposal-type deliverables
Collaborate with business development teams to shape technical approaches for proposals.
Mentor junior engineers and support internal knowledge development.
Engage with clients and serve as the technical point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry standards.
Key Stakeholders:
Clients: Public utilities, municipalities, private water companies.
Internal: BD resources, Project Managers, Engineers, Construction Managers, etc.
External: Equipment Vendors, Regulatory Agencies, Peer Reviewers.
Required Skills and Competencies
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Environmental, or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
Certifications: Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred (CA, TX, AZ, or FL preferred). Operator License (W and /or WW) in CA, TX, AZ or FL preferred.
Relevant process/mechanical certifications (e.g., WEF, AWWA technical committees) a plus.
Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of technical experience in large/complex water and wastewater projects.
In-depth experience with treatment process design, hydraulics, pumping systems, or plant upgrades.
Working knowledge of key codes and standards (e.g., AWWA, ASTM, OSHA, NFPA).
Familiarity with permitting requirements and regulatory frameworks in CA, AZ, TX, and FL.
Experience delivering projects for clients such as the City of Los Angeles, City of Houston, City of Phoenix, or South Florida Water Management District, or similar.

Waypoint's client is seeking a highly qualified Network Subject Matter Expert II to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, planning, installing, integrating, and maintaining core-area tactical and strategic communications networks, including elements of the Defense Information Systems Network (DISN) and the Global Information Grid (GIG).
Key Responsibilities:
Gather requirements from users, Operational Need Statements, and Capability Production Documents (CPDs) for the Army's tactical communications systems and translate them into technical solutions that are standards-based and cost-efficient.
Develop network architecture for adjacent, higher, and lower units, as well as for allied nations, other government agencies, and commercial service interfaces.
Provide engineering design, development, integration, installation, operation, and maintenance of the tactical network.
Support technical tasks in the integration of Data/Voice/Video/Telephony in the Tactical Network, and assist in developing technical requirements, specifications, plans, reports, and engineering documentation.
Prepare independent assessments, provide systems engineering support, and ensure quality engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop equipment and network configurations and products; support technology insertion testing relative to emerging PM TN network requirements and capabilities.
Provide technical expertise at field locations and PM TN equipment labs.
Technical Skills and Experience:
Strong knowledge and understanding of current and future Force tactical and strategic military communications networks, including architecture, protocols, security, network management, and the underlying physics.
Proficient in Cisco technologies, including Cisco IOS, NXOS, ISE, UCS Networking, and Configuration, and Cisco ASA.
Familiarity with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, RIP, EIGRP, and proficiency in MULTICAST; experienced in designing and implementing LANs and VLANs.
Subject matter expertise in VOIP, Cisco Call Manager, Call Manager Express, and Redcom Sigma Core.
Experience with network protocol analysis tools such as Sniffer or Wireshark.
Familiarity with Army Software Baselines and Architectures.
Experience working with Microsoft technologies, particularly Active Directory.
Knowledge of virtualization and storage technologies from VMware, EMC, NetApp, Microsoft, Dell, HP, and others.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience as a subject matter expert in Tactical SATCOM.
Must possess a valid Secret security clearance.
