[Contribute to IR Playbook and SOP]

Develop and review Incident Response Playbooks and SOPs to streamline incident response strategy and action across IR team.

[Partnership with Engineering and Business]

Act as a liaison between cyber-defense, engineering, security architecture, network & system operations, and functional project teams to ensure effective project. Work with colleagues in other technology departments as well as the business and product offices to establish effective, productive business relationships.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both home and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office three days a week, Monday (Sunday in some countries where Sunday is the start of the week) and Wednesdays. Wednesdays are designated as in-office collaboration days. The third day in the office will be decided based on team needs and determined in partnership with senior leadership.

Mission:

Quantum is currently seeking a Senior Analyst to support its Materiel Readiness team (FDM) at the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) G-8 Force Development organization at the Pentagon.

Responsibilities:

  • Support FDM's readiness analysis mission to conduct in-depth analysis of Army and unit equipping readiness, identifying equipment readiness issues proposing solution sets.
  • Identify the root causes of Army Equipment On Hand (EOH) un-readiness and systemic reported equipment shortages as recorded by the Army Readiness Management System (ARMS).
  • Perform data trend analysis that includes coordination and staffing with ACOMs, G-4 and AMC. The staffed Trends Analysis chart will be provided monthly to the Branch Chief.
  • Participate in efforts to increase S-Level Unit Readiness including coordinating with ACOM and ASCCs, identifying Army excess equipment. The Contractor shall coordinate solutions to resolve excess imbalance.
  • Support the effort for conducting the monthly SRU briefing to the Force Development Director
  • Coordinate the development and assembling of the SRU briefing books and provide support in the execution of the monthly teleconference.
  • Review assigned policies and regulations for DCS G-8 equipping equities recommending edits for government approval.
  • Possess the staff skills required to conduct the necessary reviews and analysis and prepare senior leaders for issues under discussion in support of the Army Requirements Review Board (AR2B).

Requirements:

  • Current SECRET clearance required.
  • Bachelors or Master's degree in equivalent field of study
  • Have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience and expertise in Force Development duties.
    • Note: Experience may be obtained at varying levels of Army organizations -candidates should have experience at most senior levels of the Army such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands. Equivalent experience with other government or Defense agencies/services is also acceptable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite of products, e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Must be able to work within a team environment, as well as independently
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with team members, government personnel, and senior Army leadership
