    Requirements Duties & Responsibilities: Technical Expertise and Support Serve as the primary point of contact for all demulsification - related inquiries and issues. Provide technical guidance and support to customers, sales, and operations teams. Conduct root cause analyses of separation issues and recommend corrective actions. Develop and implement separation strategies and technologies, allowing for maximum feed flexibility. Project Management Lead and manage demulsification-related projects, from concept through implementation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Standards and Compliance Develop and update demulsification corrosion management standards and procedures. Conduct regular audits and assessments to verify compliance with demulsification control programs. Training and Development Design and deliver training programs for employees on fluids separation and demulsification science. Mentor and develop junior engineers and technicians in demulsification science and engineering practices. Research and Development Stay abreast of the latest developments in demulsification science and technology. Collaborate with external research organizations and participate in industry forums. Documentation and Reporting Prepare detailed reports on demulsifier performance and recommendations. Maintain accurate records of demulsification monitoring data. Present findings and updates to senior management and stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field. Master's degree or Ph.D. is preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in demulsification engineering, preferably in the refining industry. Proven track record of successfully managing desalters and/or demulsifier programs. Additional or Preferred Qualifications In-depth knowledge of fluid separation and demulsifier science. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using demulsification monitoring tools and software. Working Conditions / Physical Demands Work will typically be performed in an office environment using routine office equipment.
