Impact
As the Electrical Safety Officer at Los Alamos National Laboratory, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing the electrical safety culture at one of the nation's premier research institutions. Responsibilities And Duties
Administer and lead the LANL Electrical Safety Program.
Act as the primary contact for all electrical safety-related concerns.
Support construction and field operations to ensure compliance with safe work practices.
Conduct electrical incident investigations and identify root causes and corrective actions.
Lead electrical safety assessments and workplace condition inspections.
Review Integrated Work Documents (IWDs) and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Contribute to electrical safety-related codes, standards, and specifications.
Provide technical expertise and problem-solving support to engineers and field teams.
Evaluate controlled items and services for compliance with electrical safety requirements.
Calculate electrical severity scores for reported incidents.
Develop and update written safety policies, procedures, and design standards.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of field experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced knowledge of NFPA 70E, and other applicable NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA electrical safety standards.
Experience with electrical systems including low voltage AC and DC applications.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Ability to pass Radiological Worker II training.

The Program Security SME's primary function is to provide expert-level multi-discipline security support for one or more of the customer's Special Access Programs (SAPs). The position will provide "day-today"

Meta is seeking a data center Mechanical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our Data Center Facility Operations team. Our data centers serve as the foundation upon which our systems operate to meet the demands of our customers. The Mechanical SME will be a part of the facility operations team and will be responsible for being the mechanical system technical operations expert. The candidate will need to have a broad understanding of mechanical system and equipment function and will be responsible for procedure-based mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, training, and project oversight. The Mechanical Subject Matter Expert will need to be experienced in diverse technologies such as chiller systems, evaporative cooling, DX cooling, water distribution and treatment, emergency diesel generators, fire suppression systems, and have a working knowledge of building automation systems and electrical distribution.
Minimum Qualifications
* 8+ years relevant mechanical industry experience or mechanical trade level experience
* Bachelor's degree or trade certification in related field plus 4+ years relevant mechanical industry experience will be considered in lieu of 8+ years relevant mechanical industry experience
* Working knowledge of critical facility operations with experience or understanding of procedure-based work
* Working knowledge of psychrometric charts and refrigeration cycles
