BOM Analyst
The Bill of Materials (BOM) Analyst plays a critical role in the product development and manufacturing process by creating, maintaining, and optimizing accurate and comprehensive bills of materials for various parts/products.
This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Development and Manufacturing Production teams, to ensure the integrity of product information, efficient procurement of components, and successful product assembly.
BOM Creation and Maintenance:
Create a detailed bill of materials for new and existing parts/products, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Regularly update BOMs to reflect design changes, component substitutions, and other modifications.
Maintain BOM in both the EBOM and CoDeP systems.
Documentation and Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of BOMs, component specifications, and supplier information.
Generate reports and documentation for internal and external use as needed
Desired Qualifications:
1-3years of experience in BOM /Inventory creation using tools like EBOM and CoDeP systems.
Education: Minimum GED is required (Bachelor's is not required)

We are seeking a Senior WMS Analyst to be the key technical expert for our warehouse management systems. This is a unique opportunity to provide critical support for our current Manhattan WMi (PkMS) platform while leading the strategic planning and execution of its modernization. You will play a vital role in our upcoming upgrade to a new, WMS, ensuring a successful transition and seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
• System Development & Support: Act as the primary technical expert for our existing Manhattan WMi (PkMS) system. • Hardware & Operations: Provide hands-on support for various warehouse hardware, including RF equipment, mobile devices, and label printers. Collaborate closely with warehouse operations to identify efficiency opportunities and execute system changes.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure the new system meets all operational and strategic requirements.
Technical Expertise & Qualifications
• WMS Platforms: Proven experience with Manhattan Associates WMS platforms. A strong background with the on-premise WMi (PkMS) system is essential. Experience with or a strong knowledge of modern, cloud-native WMS solutions like Manhattan Active Warehouse Management is highly desirable.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on skills in IBM i, SQL/DB2, and ILE/RPG are required for legacy system support.

The DBA SME combines their formal education, professional knowledge, and real-world experience to guide and inform content development in the course design process. Working closely with academic leadership, instructional designers, and course SMEs, the DBA SME contributes to the selection and design of the following course elements:
* Course materials (e.g., textbooks, articles, videos, and online course curations).
* Course assignments (e.g., discussion questions, presentations, applied analyses, and culminating projects).
* With the course offered online, course materials and assignments must also be accessible to students and faculty online.
With the assistance of an instructional designer and in collaboration with the course SMEs, the DBA SME will ensure Cleary students explore appropriate content and apply their knowledge to meet course-level outcomes and create weekly learning objectives branched out from the main course objectives. The DBA SME will consult with leadership, faculty, and instructional designers to ensure consistency of new development with existing Cleary programs and courses, along with key elements of Cleary's plan for the assessment of student learning.
The contract position can be remote or based in the Howell, MI, area. Applications will be reviewed immediately upon receipt and will continue to be accepted until the contract position is filled.
Expected Time Commitments and Potential Compensation
The DBA SME will work directly with a Cleary instructional designer throughout the term of the contract project, including the following time commitments and potential compensation:
* Participate in periodic meetings with an instructional designer to discuss course development progress (with each meeting of 30 minutes duration).
* Research, develop, or revise course materials (ranging from 3 to 5 hours per week).
* Participate in consultation with leadership and faculty (ranging 1 to 2 hours total).
* Potential compensation to design and develop content for the nine key DBA courses $1,000.
Review and approval of each course is required from the Dean of Graduate Studies and Adult Education programs.
Qualifications and Required Skills
* An earned master's degree from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited institution in accounting, finance, artificial intelligence, or a closely related discipline, with at least 18 graduate semester credits in relevant coursework. Strong preference given to candidates with an earned doctorate or active enrollment in a doctoral program from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited institution in a discipline listed above.
* A minimum of five years of current and relevant professional experience reaching the level of manager, director, or senior leader in a business or organizational setting, with direct experience in fintech technologies and how fintech is strategically and operationally deployed for business and organizational success.
* Ability to use Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other software programs for communicating, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets, reports, and presentations.
* Exemplary collaboration skills to combine multiple areas of expertise from various team members into a compelling final course design.

The Subject Matter Expert for the Turbocharger and Supercharger Systems is responsible for the design, development, and technical leadership in the creation, validation, and release of turbochargers and superchargers, system coolant and oil feed and return lines, heatshields, etc. This includes all components associated with getting air into and out of the boosting hardware, cooling, lubrication, sealing, structural support, etc. for the turbocharger system. The role involves driving the design through all phases of the product lifecycle, including design concept, engineering validation, and production release through PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
Key Responsibilities:
Design & Development:
* Lead the design of the Turbocharger or Supercharger System hardware, ducting and engine interfaces.
* Develop and refine the Turbocharger System for function, cost and quality, durability, NVH, etc.
* Support CAD modeling, FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and other design validation methods to ensure structural integrity and compliance with standards.
* Collaborate with other engineering teams (airflow, thermal, packaging) to integrate the turbocharger system.
* Release & Program Management:
* Manage design release activities from early concept through production, including the timely completion of B-Sample, C-Sample, X0, X1, X2, and X3 milestones.
* Own the Bill of Materials (BOM) and Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) for turbocharger components.
* Ensure all parts meet quality, cost, and timing requirements.
* Drive the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) for turbocharger components, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and customer specifications.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, suppliers, and quality, to ensure the successful release and implementation of designs.
Technical Guidance & Problem Solving:
* Provide technical leadership and support during the development and production stages to resolve design issues, material selection challenges, and process-related problems.
* Lead DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and other risk assessment activities to ensure design robustness and mitigate potential issues.
* Participate in the development of testing strategies for turbocharger components, including vibration, crash, and thermal testing.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with suppliers to ensure design feasibility, cost competitiveness, and manufacturability of turbocharger components.
* Collaborate with validation teams to define and implement validation testing, ensuring turbocharger components meet functional and performance metrics.
* Partner with vehicle integration teams to ensure proper fitment, safety, and integration of turbocharger components into the overall vehicle platform.
Documentation & Reporting:
* Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including design specifications, drawings, test plans, and validation reports.
* Ensure that all technical documentation is up-to-date and aligns with program timelines and PPAP requirements.
* Report on project status, timelines, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering or related degree field
* A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience working with design and manufacturing of turbocharger components, including metal stamping and casting
* Understanding of engine components related manufacturing processes (i.e. aluminum/steel stamping, aluminum casting, machining... etc.)

We are looking for a Cybersecurity SME who possesses relevant professional, teaching, and curriculum development experience, with particular expertise in one or more of the following areas:

* Course materials (e.g., textbooks, articles, videos, and online course curations).

Expected Time Commitments and Potential Compensation
The Cybersecurity SME will work directly with a Cleary instructional designer throughout the term of the contract project, including the following time commitments and potential compensation:

* Research, develop, or revise course materials (ranging from 3 to 5 hours each week).
* Participate in consultation with leadership and faculty (ranging 1 to 2 hours total).

* Design and develop content for a course is $800 per course
* Revise an existing course is $600 per course
Qualifications and Required Skills
* An earned master's degree from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited institution in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, or a closely-related discipline.
* A minimum of five years of current and relevant professional experience in cybersecurity.
* A minimum of one year teaching experience teaching undergraduate cybersecurity courses at the university/college level.
