Cinemark Senior Assistant Managers, in addition to all duties of an Assistant Manager, assist the General Manager in the operation of the theatre. This individual participates in Team Member training, building maintenance, cash control, and completion of reports. They must be able to personally perform and/or effectively oversee all job functions in the theatre, and function as the ‘Manager on Duty' as directed by the General Manager. A Senior Assistant Manager may also be given the assignment by the General Manager as that shift's ‘Chief Cleaning and Safety Monitor'.

A Day in the Life of a Senior Assistant Manager:
The essential duties and responsibilities of a Senior Assistant Manager include, but are not limited to, the following:
Follows the direction of the General ManagerSupports the General Manager's decisions in communication with the Team MembersResponsible for working in all departments and all theatre job functions Acts as the ‘Manager On Duty' in the General Manager's absence Trains and coaches Team Members in their specific job functions Assists in the preparation of administrative and special reports for the General ManagerAssists the General Manager with monthly inventories and product orders Observes and participates in the inspection of the theatre building, parking lot, landscaping, Cinemark property, roof and exterior signage, and equipment condition Reports the need for building, property, and equipment repairs to the General ManagerEnsures that theatre Team Members follow the dress code Interacts with Guests for improved service in the theatre and ensures that Team Members are providing superior customer service Follows the policies and procedures as established in Cinemark's Guidelines. Enforces these with all employees fairly and consistently Reports all Employee relations issues to the General Manager and/or Restaurant General Manager (In the absence of the GM/RGM, management should report Employee relations issues to www.convercent.com)
All management must follow the Employee Relations Reporting ProtocolAll management is held at a high work ethic standard and code of conduct
Leads or attends a mandatory Shift Huddle (team discussion) at the start of or during a shift Conducts Wellness Checks on theatre Team Members on a daily basis Performs the functions of Chief Clean and Safety Monitor during a shift, as assigned Consistently identifies and sanitizes high contact areas within and around the theatre Consistently ensures and promotes adherence of proper social distancing guidelines Properly addresses any safety or security issues (trip hazards, lighting, suspicious persons, etc.) Properly utilizes Personal Protective Equipment while completing position specific tasks Adapts to the frequency and scope of required cleaning tasks Performs other work-related duties as assigned

What You Will Need to Have:
Must be at least 18 years of age High School or G.E.D. graduate preferred Must work as an Assistant Manager for a minimum of 6 months in a theatre environment Completion of Cinemark's Management Accreditation Program, and passing of the Comprehensive Assessment testing process.Completes basic food handling training and obtains any local or state mandated certification, health card, or food handlers permit where required Management members who work with alcohol are required to complete a Safe Alcohol Service training program Availability to work flexible hours which include evenings, weekends, and holidays (Must work at least 40 hours per week) Requires regular and consistent attendance Has an energetic and friendly attitude during each shift Provides excellent Guest service Accurate cash handling and basic math skills Interpersonal skills include the ability to communicate (verbal and written) with all ages, genders, and personalities. JOB PURPOSE

Underwrites new and renewal C&I and CRE credit requests comprised of working capital lines of credit, asset-based lines of credit, commercial real estate loans (Owner Occupied and Investor) and equipment financing; most often from moderate-to-complex enterprises with revenues greater than $5 million. Collaborates with Client Solutions Managers ("CSMs") and Relationship Managers to accurately present findings, including business rationale and risk mitigations, in order to obtain credit approval and meet customer needs.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Analyze business, industry, financial data and other supporting credit information concerning an applicant's credit request; identifies key business and financial risks that may impact the repayment prospects by the borrower; derives conclusions supporting the credit recommendation based on documented facts and/or sound judgement.
* Prepare timely, concise and accurate credit recommendations, with limited supervision or revision. Includes: (1) quantitative components within the underwriting narrative documenting the credit analysis; (2) accurate use of risk rating scoring models (aka Dual Risk Rating), both quantitative and qualitative rating elements, to ensure customers and loans are properly risk-rated; (3) accurate identification and mitigation of all exceptions to Bank tracked policies exceptions (TPE), tracked guidelines exceptions (TGE), procedures and compliance regulations; and (4) accurate loan coding consistent with nature of the borrowing relationship and terms of the credit(s).
* Monitor borrower financial performance in line with commercial and/or real estate loan documents; spreads financial statement and/or ensures required financial statements are spread in accordance with Bank Guidelines and resulting covenant calculations are accurate, complete and adhere to approval conditions and loan documentation. Collaborates with CSM to ensure borrower notifications are sent and approvals are obtained to resolve any violations in a timely manner.
* Partners with CSMs and Relationship Managers to offer insights into customer financial needs, including opportunities identified using Line of Business-approved relationship expansion tools. May also offer opinions related to a loan structure's effectiveness to mitigate risks, appropriate to prevailing competitive market environment and Bank risk tolerances.
* Partners with CSMs and Relationship Managers in customer and prospect calls as appropriate. May shadow manage a portfolio with CSM as part of training and development, with Underwriting Manager and Market Director mutual approval.
* May oversee the work of other commercial underwriters or credit analysts, including the timely review of credit reports prepared by other underwriters to ensure a high level of report quality prior to submission for approval; findings to be captured via a standardized Quality Control (QC) Checklist and used to provide guidance and training to underwriters.
* Demonstrates compliance with all bank regulations for assigned job function and applies to designated job responsibilities -- knowledge may be gained through coursework and on-the-job training. Keeps up to date on regulation changes.
* Follows all Bank policies and procedures, compliance regulations, and completes all required annual or job-specific training.
* Maintain a working knowledge of Bank's written policies and procedures regarding Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, Bank Security and other regulations as applicable to this job description.
* May be asked to coach, mentor, or train others and teach coursework as subject matter expert.
