Provide support in new product development and product rationalization projects, by gathering research and preparing reports on industry/competitor analysis, product positioning and other industry developments. Generate, maintain, and distribute daily, monthly, and quarterly reporting packages. Ensure timely completion of all distribution team deliverables. What You Will Need: 2 years of experience in financial services, preferred. Experience with Morningstar Direct, Responsive, MPI Stylus, eVestment, and Barclays Live, preferred. College degree or equivalent work experience, preferred. Analytical skills and ability to think outside the box and meet deadlines. Self-starter, strong organizational and time management skills. Our Los Angeles office is seeking an experienced Senior General Liability (GL) Associate to join our dynamic team and support the Partner in Charge with a growing caseload. This is a high-priority role for a self-motivated attorney with 5-10 years of relevant experience, specializing in premise liability and vehicular cases. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing a high volume of cases and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills and minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities: Independently handle a wide variety of depositions, including preparation, execution, and follow-up, with limited to no oversight. Manage a large caseload of general liability matters, primarily focused on premise liability and vehicular cases, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to deadlines. Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents, and provide strategic case analysis. Collaborate with the Partner in Charge and team members to develop case strategies and deliver high-quality client service. Maintain clear communication with clients, opposing counsel, and internal stakeholders. Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school. 5-10 years of experience in general liability, with a strong emphasis on premise liability and vehicular cases. Demonstrated ability to independently manage depositions with confidence and professionalism. Proven track record of managing a high volume of cases and meeting deadlines effectively. Admission to the California Bar (active and in good standing). Trial experience is advantageous but not required. Experience with aviation-related liability cases is a plus, but not required. Location: This position is based in the Los Angeles office with a strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the Los Angeles area.
