Senior Associate, Learning Experience: LA28 is seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Senior Associate, Learning Experience to support the design, development, and delivery of learning experiences across the organization. This role plays a key part in building a learning culture by coordinating learning initiatives, managing logistics, and developing engaging content that helps team members grow and perform at their best. The Senior Associate contributes to course design and management within LA28's learning platforms, supports the facilitation of training sessions (including new hire onboarding), and develops materials such as presentations, guides, and toolkits. This role also supports enterprise learning programs and leadership development initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and engagement across offerings. The right person brings a mix of instructional design, project management, and facilitation skills with a passion for creating meaningful learning experiences. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Learning Strategy & Programs. Key Responsibilities: Manage logistics and communication for trainings, workshops, and onboarding sessions to ensure a seamless, inclusive learner experience. Facilitate onboarding and other learning sessions, creating engaging environments that reflect LA28's culture and values. Develop and update learning materials including presentations, facilitator guides, workbooks, and job aids grounded in adult learning theory and designed for diverse audiences. Build and maintain courses within the learning management system (for example uploading content, organizing modules, managing enrollments) in partnership with Learning and Talent team members. Support end-to-end delivery of learning initiatives from planning and content design to participant feedback and reporting. Evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to enhance engagement, scalability, and impact. Collaborate cross-functionally to align learning activities with organizational goals and ensure a consistent learner experience. Support enterprise learning and development initiatives that prepare the workforce for future phases of the Games. Background & Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, human resources, or a related area. Experience developing training programs in a corporate, nonprofit, or event-based environment. Experience using instructional design or e-learning platforms (for example Articulate or similar) to build or manage course content. Strong proficiency with presentation tools, particularly PowerPoint, and the ability to create visually engaging materials. Strong organizational and project management skills with a focus on accuracy, detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build effective relationships. The annual base salary range for this position is $73,000-$95,000. The pay scale provided is the range that LA28 reasonably expects to pay as starting base compensation for this role.
