In coordination with the Branch Manager, additional responsibilities include providing coaching support, procedure/policy guidance, and training to other employees in the branch, as necessary. Collaboration between the Branch Manager and the Senior Branch Associate is imperative for smooth operations. *Based on business needs, Branches are allocated a Senior Branch Associate when a branch has been identified as requiring additional support in order to better meet the needs of the members (such as branches with high traffic, volume, and/or unique service needs). The designation of SBA roles is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
