Position Summary
Day Two Plus seeks a Senior Associate who MUST have real estate or commercial construction industry experience (i.e. a high volume of small projects). Familiarity with project management workflow is a plus.
This role is a client-facing role and is responsible for the successful implementation of Company's solutions for new/existing clients as well as working with our Product Development team. More specifically, you will have the responsibility to bring extensive real estate or project management experience and project delivery solutions to the Company's largest client, based in NY with offices throughout the US, who is the largest interior construction firm in the US employing over 4,500 people across 49 offices and 14 companies. They are leveraging the Day Two Plus marketplace to deliver Facility Construction Services to their clientele with a focus on small projects (3,000+ annually). They uniquely understand the challenges associated with fast-track requirements, siloed data, and communication inefficiencies due to an inefficient tech stack which causes project participants to work sub-optimally through disparate software and workflow.

Role Specific Skills include, but are not limited to:
• Corporate/commercial real estate, project/construction management or facilities management experience required.
• Familiarity with project management workflow, including estimating, scheduling, RFI's, submittals, drawings, bidding, daily journals, safety, punch lists, etc. is a plus

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities
Database Management:
Process and track gifts; update and maintain donor and gift records in Raiser's Edge and Sharepoint.
Provide gift allocations and reports to Finance department to ensure accurate booking.
Process donation forms, tax receipts, and communicate with donors to confirm details of their contribution.
Ensure timely acknowledgment of donations; process digital and print thank you letters weekly.
Administrative Support:
Track department expenditures, process payments, and submit monthly expense reports.
Maintain and distribute the development calendar, ensuring alignment with organizational programs and events.
Support appeals and mailings by preparing and reviewing donor lists and organizing logistics.
Schedule and prepare meeting materials for department meetings.
Assist with special events and collaborate on cross-departmental initiatives.
Open and distribute daily development mail.
Track and order department supplies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-year relevant workforce experience.
1-2 years of experience in nonprofit fundraising preferred.
Experience with donor management software and fundraising databases (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge) a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
