Scope of Services:
Our client in the utilities industry has an emerging need for a Test Lead for an SAP and Salesforce testing program. This is a project-level test lead role that will report through the IT Portfolio Manager and work under the SAP Project Manager. The candidate will be acting on behalf of the client in a “two in a box” model with the system implementor. The role requires leading testing activities, coordinating test execution, ensuring that testing is aligned with business requirements, and providing guidance to the testing team throughout the project.
Role, Responsibilities, and Deliverables:
Lead the testing efforts for the SAP and Salesforce integration program, ensuring that all test phases are executed properly and meet business requirements.
Oversee the creation and execution of test cases for SAP and Salesforce systems, ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Act as a liaison between the project team, business users, and the system implementor to ensure seamless coordination during testing phases.
Manage and mentor a team of testers, ensuring they have the necessary tools, resources, and support to successfully complete their tasks.
Define test strategy, schedule, and deliverables, and monitor progress to ensure successful test execution.
Track and report on testing progress, ensuring that issues are identified, documented, and resolved in a timely manner.
Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements in testing processes and methods to ensure high-quality system implementation.
Work collaboratively with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure testing aligns with project timelines and deliverables.
Assist in the identification and management of risks related to testing, ensuring mitigation strategies are in place.
Participate in all phases of the testing lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect tracking, and test reporting.
Create test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and test plans, and ensure they are aligned with business objectives and system requirements.
Experience:
7 - 10 years of testing experience, with 3 - 5 years' experience leading a team of testers.
SAP and Salesforce testing experience is preferred.
Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role.
Ability to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus, OH as needed.
Proficiency with JIRA and Tricentis qTest - must have.
Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) - nice to have.
Utilities industry experience - nice to have, but highly preferred.
Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizational skills.
PMP and other test technology certifications - nice to have.
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks.
Key Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP and Salesforce systems.

**About the Role**
+ The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring quality of technology that PSI provides to its customers. The person in this role works closely with the Software Engineering teams to understand what has been developed. They also work closely with the solutions and product teams to ensure business requirements are being tested. **Role Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for managing and executing end-to-end testing for key technology platforms and be accountable for test projects.

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join our Quality Unit at our large-scale, compounding pharmacy located in New Albany, OH. The Quality Control Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving continuous improvement initiatives that ensure the highest quality products for our patients and customers. Reporting to the Director of Quality, this role will oversee quality control operations, lead in-process and final product inspections, and ensure compliance with USP standards, cGMP practices, internal SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
You Will:
* Lead and perform in-process and post-production quality checks, including product inspection, testing, and disposition at various stages of the compounding process.
* Manage day-to-day activities on the production floor to ensure product and raw material compliance.
* Compile, analyze, and present trending data and quality reports to QA management.
* Oversee investigations related to non-conformances, deviations, and customer complaints, and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions.
* Manage the product retain program and ensure timely and compliant inspections.
* Collaborate with production and pharmacy teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
* Maintain oversight of critical equipment verifications (e.g., pH meters, balances) and calibrations.
* Review and approve compound records, Certificates of Analysis (COAs), and raw material documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
* Draft, revise, and implement SOPs, protocols, and related documentation in alignment with USP standards and regulatory requirements.
* Ensure ongoing compliance with USP guidelines for non-sterile compounding and applicable cGMP practices.
* Support internal audits and external third-party inspections.
* Manage relationships with contract laboratories for external product testing.
* Train and mentor pharmacy and production staff on quality standards, processes, and procedures.

You Have:

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform detailed review of post execution batch documentation (master formula cards, master packaging specifications, electronic batch records)
* Support production shop floor with documentation/quality issues as escalated by Production Optimizers
* Verify compliance with applicable SOP's, WI's and cGMP practices, providing interpretation and application as needed
* Collect quality metric data; Support and drive site/department goals and expectations.
* Supports implementation of EBR process implementation by executing EBR Process Qualification evaluations and reviews. Ensure EBR documentation system accurately reflects manufacturing process utilizing side-by-side review with current paperlot documentation. Continue developing EBR skill set to become SME. Support continuous improvement of the EBR system through feedback and partnering with the MES team.
* Develop and deliver training to operations to support RFT and cGMP compliance.
* Apply knowledge of cGMPs, other regulatory requirements, and internal processes.
* Represent QA Disposition at Job Board, Performance to Plan, Sequencing and New Product Launch meeting.
* Drive area procedural robustness and cGMP compliance through document authoring and review (SOPs, WIs, Re-inspection Instructions).
