The Senior Business Lending Credit Analyst ensures Gate City Bank's business loan portfolio remains financially sound by using discretion and independent judgment to conduct credit analyses including gathering, analyzing, and interpreting all types of business/commercial credit information on existing and prospective customers in order to maximize credit quality and minimize risk and potential loss. This driven and self-motivated IT Business Analyst will work with multiple geographies, functions, co-source partners, applications and platforms. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between IT and the business to analyze business needs, document requirements and ensure solution designs that meet or exceed customer requirements. About this position The Technology and Transformation Department (TTD) Digital Product Business Analyst will support the discovery, development, and delivery of a digital product within an ecosystem of interconnected products. The role focuses on bridging business problems and technical solutions, with a user-centric approach, ensuring that our digital interventions are rooted in deep problem understanding, data-driven insights, and genuine user needs. What you'll do * Requirements Documentation: Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for digital products, ensuring they align with customer needs and business goals. * Analysis: Investigating business demands to identify underlying problems rather than just symptom management. Ensure proposed solutions address core issues.
