Responsibilities for the Infor Lead Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain:·Maintain deep knowledge of Infor systems, provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and work with vendors on technical problems·Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business processes·Conduct system testing, create test cases, execute test plans, and implement solutions that enhance workflows·Provide training and support to end-users, create user manuals, manage projects related to business applications, and maintain stakeholder relationships Qualifications for the Infor Lead Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain:·7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ERP·Extensive experience in Infor system configuration, maintenance, and support·Experience providing highly complex application support and guidance to end users·Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field is required Compensation/Benefits for the Infor Lead Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain:·Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000 **depending on experience**·Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, paid holidays This job opens for applications on 1/31/2025.
