The Business Analyst for Controlled Holdings will play a critical role in leveraging data and business intelligence platforms to drive insights and operational efficiency across the organization. This position is responsible for the design, maintenance, and integrity of core internal systems, serving as the primary point of contact for data-related issues.
What you will do:
Design and maintain processes, databases, and data integrity for internal platforms (SugarCRM, ERP, Microsoft PowerBI, etc.)
Work with key internal and external parties in implementing business intelligence platforms
Optimize data integration platforms
Serves as point of contact for data related issues and questions
Train end users on reporting and dashboards on various internal platforms
Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of the business
Use problem solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop business insights
Manage mass change updates in internal platforms (Mass product updates, price increases, etc.)
