The Product Business analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as subject matter expert (SME) in the development of business requirements to support product development and enhancements. Elicit requirements for multiple large, complex, cross-departmental, multi-phase projects. Partner with Market Design Specialists on designing technologically feasible, functional solutions which meet Business and Market Participant needs within regulatory frameworks and software capabilities. Manage timely delivery of requirements in the context of project commitment, milestones and deliverables ensuring requirements support execution timeline and deadlines are met. Develop and apply knowledge and expertise, in supported NYISO Business Areas and related software applications, to develop solutions that meet the Business need and project commitments on time and on budget. Identify, report, mitigate and escalate potential risks and issues related to project scope and/or timeline to Management, as appropriate. Actively engage in development of mitigating strategies for identified risks and issues in order to keep projects on track. Develop and maintain a productive working relationship with project sponsors, project administration, customers and key system users and provide continuous support to NYISO Product and Project Managers supporting the development of product vision and project execution. Assist in the development of statements of work defining the responsibilities, deliverables, acceptance criteria and timelines which outline the working relationship with NYISO business partners. Develop solutions and business requirements that will meet the needs of customers and conform to the principles defined in the NYISO Tariffs and Business and Operation Manuals. Ensure proper requirements traceability through the design, development and testing of project components. Assist in the development of product and customer documentation including tariff language, technical bulletins, NYISO Business and Operation manuals, User Guides and training materials. Work closely with NYISO consulting organizations developing solutions and business requirements that meet the needs of our customers and conform to the principles defined in the NYISO Tariffs and Operations Manuals. The Role: The Lead Analyst is responsible for performing architecture, development, and support of reporting tools such as SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP BW4Hana, and Tableau. Key tasks and deliverables: Build and define enterprise Reporting strategy Execute and perform assigned projects, enhancements activities Define and adopt new development approaches and technology within related areas Expertise in SAP Business Warehouse, SAP SAC, BEX, Tableau/BO, and Automation tools (ETL tools such as Alteryx added advantage) platforms to solve critical business needs Create and review Technical specifications and track the status of all efforts Respond to production application and systems problems and drive or support the analysis and remediation efforts. Perform and participate in all aspects of Adoption, including performing user needs assessment, training, user guidance/consultation, etc. Willingness to learn new technologies and implement solutions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Math, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent is required. 6+ years of deep business & technical experience Hands-on experience with SAP BW System Administration and performance tuning Hands-on experience with SAP BW development/SAP BW4 Hana and ABAP using SAP R/3 data sources, Non-SAP data sources, custom content, etc. Demonstrated ability to perform all facets of the SDLC Demonstrated ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective and accordingly conceptualize and formulate solutions Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others Results-oriented and demonstrate a “can-do” attitude - adaptability, flexibility, and resourcefulness. 2 + years of Project Management experience in implementations or supporting overall IT projects. Strong English Communication Skills (verbal and written) Familiar with full-lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile Process and formal change management methodologies. Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others. Experience in off/onshore models as well as working with virtual teams. Conceptual and analytical thinker - ability to extract, analyze, and document complex business and technical requirements/strategies from customers and IT team members. **_What Internal Audit-IT contributes to Cardinal Health_** Internal Audit - IT is responsible for conducting IT systems audits of networks, databases, systems, applications and other IT components to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, regulations and laws and address risk. Evaluates and recommends improvements to business practices, processes and control procedures.
