Job Title: Business Systems Analyst - Linga Products Location: Pittsburgh, PA/Dallas, TX Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Systems Analyst with expertise in Linga products to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analyzing business processes and requirements related to Linga POS, Payment Processing, Reporting and Analytics, Gift Card Programs, Online Ordering, and Loyalty Programs. Provide ongoing support and training to internal teams and end-users on the effective use of Linga products. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides, training materials, and process flows for Linga products. Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into system performance and user engagement across Linga products. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to payment processing, loyalty programs, and online ordering. Requirements: You are: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
