ABOUT THE ROLE
Hybrid role responsible for eliciting requirements, analyzing business processes, and managing enterprise software platforms to support strategic planning and operational excellence. Operating within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO), this position ensures the secure, efficient, and scalable operation of systems that enable project execution, reporting, and business intelligence. The IT Analyst plays a critical role in protecting the organization's digital assets by working cross-functionally to design, implement, monitor, and enforce security processes and procedures. **_Responsibilities:_**
+ Application Portfolio Management (APM):

+ Monitor Archer dashboards for upcoming deadlines and past-due remediations.

+ Ensure adherence to enterprise security processes, business, regulatory, and legal requirements.
+ Assist in security incident response using SIEM and other detection platforms.
+ Review policies, procedures, system designs, and security controls against frameworks (e.g., NIST Cybersecurity Framework).

+ Assist the Incident Response team with application security investigations.

**_Qualifications_**
+ 2-4 years of experience, preferred
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred
+ Knowledge of SDLC and DevSecOps concepts such as CI/CD pipelines preferred
+ Experience with common application security controls including WAF preferred
+ Understanding of standard security control frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework (800-53) preferred

As part of Trade Operations team, the Senior Analyst provides advice and training to business partners on imports processes and procedures that comply with US Customs and Border Protection, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory compliance agencies' governing the clearance of import and export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
Assign and maintain product classifications (i.e., HTSUS, ECCN, FDA) in the global classification database and J&J internal systems, as required, to communicate product information to freight forwarders and Customs Brokers to affect government agencies.

As part of Trade Operations team, the Senior Analyst provides advice and training to business partners on imports processes and procedures that comply with US Customs and Border Protection, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory compliance agencies' governing the clearance of import and export shipments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assign and maintain product classifications (i.e., HTSUS, ECCN, FDA) in the global classification database and J&J internal systems, as required, to communicate product information to freight forwarders and Customs Brokers to affect government agencies.
* Respond to transactional inquiries from customs brokers for products which require additional information to be cleared for importation into the U.S.
* Serve as liaison between Customs Broker and Regulatory Affairs to resolve FDA holds and Notices of Action until issue resolution
* Identify and implement Trade Compliance opportunities to participate in duty savings opportunities to include duty drawback and free trade agreements.
* Provide direction to Johnson & Johnson importers and exporters on documentation requirements to stay in sync with Federal government agencies' requirements for international shipments.
* Screen export trade entities to ensure that customers, suppliers and other entities are screened against the US Denied Parties list to comply with US Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), Office of Foreign Asset Controls (OFAC), and the State Department.
* Collaborate with Operating Company business partners to review Global Trade Compliance assessments, develop training and compliance improvement plan goals.
* Implement changes to migrate new and existing US J&J companies into Regional Trade Compliance program applying Lean as appropriate.
* Develop Quarterly Trade Compliance reviews by company/sector and deliver to key partners and report clearance performance and develop strategies to reduce risk of supply chain delays.
Qualifications:
Education:
* Minimum of Bachelor's or equivalent university degree is required
* Licensed Customs Broker and/or Certified Customs Specialist is preferred
Experience and Skills:
Required:
* Minimum two (2) years of relevant Trade Compliance or Import / Export Logistics work experience
* Demonstrated ability to build new relationships that drive cross-functional process improvements
* Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner to functional leaders in upper management and external partners
* Proven track record of success in delivering on objectives
* Strong intellectual curiosity and ability to adopt learning regulatory requirements to successfully work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); VLOOKUPS and pivot tables is preferred
