Job Responsibilities * Lead the development and execution of multi-year category strategies and supplier-spend management plans for technology products including hardware, SaaS, on-premise software and related professional services. * Build and sustain strong relationships with internal decision makers, finance partners, and other stakeholders to align sourcing objectives with business priorities. * Perform detailed cost and spend analyses to identify savings opportunities and establish target cost-reduction initiatives. * Manage end-to-end sourcing events-define requirements, design competitive RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, conduct supplier due diligence, evaluate bids, and recommend optimal sourcing solutions. * Lead commercial negotiations and partner with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize Master Agreements and transaction-level schedules. * Collaborate closely with regional and global Sourcing colleagues, in-house and external legal counsel, finance, Third Party Oversight (TPO), Cyber Tech Controls (CTC), and other risk-management groups. * Ensure full compliance with JPMorgan Chase policies, procedures, and sourcing governance standards. * Continuously monitor technology market trends, identify emerging category opportunities, and recommend strategies to address evolving client needs. Required qualifications , capabilities and skills * Minimum 7 years of technology-category sourcing experience in a large, multinational corporation, with a proven track record of delivering measurable cost savings and value to the enterprise. * Deep commercial negotiation expertise in hardware, infrastructure, SaaS and on-premise software. * Proven stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate and influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams. * Strong change-management capability-adept at driving initiatives with minimal prescription. * Demonstrated project-management proficiency, including planning, execution, and transparent reporting of sourcing projects and progress. * Expertise in market research and supplier analysis, able to synthesize data into actionable insights. * Advanced cost-modeling skills, with experience deconstructing total-cost-of-ownership and value streams. * Solid understanding of business-risk factors, with sound judgment on risk-mitigation and acceptance decisions. * Command of strategic sourcing methodologies, including RFI/RFP/RFQ processes and the five-step sourcing framework. * Legal acumen in interpreting and executing complex Master Agreements and schedules. * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), LLM Suite, and Ariba. What you'll do in the role: * Serve as the primary liaison between AndHealth, billing vendor, and community health centers. * Manage and monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and SLAs. * Facilitate regular communication and issue resolution between partners. * Revenue Cycle oversight * Oversee the full revenue cycle process (charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, and reimbursements) in coordination with the vendor. * Review and analyze revenue cycle reports to identify trends, errors, or improvement opportunities. * Ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely to maximize reimbursements. * Compliance & Quality * Ensure billing practices are compliant with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations. * Partner with compliance teams and health center partners to prepare for audits and maintain documentation. * Process Improvement & Reporting * Develop reporting structures to track KPIs (e.g., days in A/R, clean claim rate, denial rate, net collection rate). * Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. * Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on revenue cycle strategy and performance. * Collaboration & Leadership * Partner with internal teams (clinical operations, finance, compliance) to align revenue cycle processes with AndHealth's mission and growth strategy. * Educate and support community health center partners on billing and coding best practices related to specialty care integration. * Act as a trusted subject matter expert for all things revenue cycle at AndHealth. Partner with Senior Leaders and People Business Partners to drive and ensure the success of Anduril's compensation programs for Manufacturing including Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams at Arsenal-1. Guide People Business Partners and leadership teams throughout annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles specific to our Arsenal-1 population. Design, implement, and manage comprehensive compensation programs, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation, aligned with organizational strategy and market trends. Lead job evaluation processes, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness across all job families and levels. Partner closely with leadership and HR teams to resolve complex compensation issues, support strategic decision-making, and drive the implementation of compensation initiatives across the organization. Work closely with our People Operations team during our annual & midyear compensation cycles including implementation, budgets, UAT testing and spearhead data integrity. Lead change management and communications of compensation practices with managers, team members, and across the People Team. Build strong partnerships with the Production/Manufacturing Division Leads, People Business Partner, Talent, Payroll, Legal, Stock, Finance and Accounting teams as well as our 3rd party vendors. You work closely with and interrogate compensation data, to form data driven guidance to People Business Partners and Leaders. We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Manager to play a critical role in ensuring the financial health of our specialty programs by serving as the liaison between AndHealth and our community health center partners. The Revenue Cycle Manager will oversee day-to-day revenue cycle operations, identify opportunities to improve billing and collections processes, and ensure accuracy, compliance, and transparency across all stakeholders. This role requires a blend of hands-on problem solving, relationship management, and strategic oversight to ensure sustainable revenue operations as we scale. What you'll do in the role: Serve as the primary liaison between AndHealth, billing vendor, and community health centers. Manage and monitor vendor performance against agreed-upon metrics and SLAs. Facilitate regular communication and issue resolution between partners. Revenue Cycle oversight Oversee the full revenue cycle process (charge capture, coding, billing, collections, denials, and reimbursements) in coordination with the vendor. Review and analyze revenue cycle reports to identify trends, errors, or improvement opportunities. Ensure claims are submitted accurately and timely to maximize reimbursements. Skills or Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field required; Master's degree preferred. 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, with direct experience working with third-party vendors or health center partnerships strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, payer requirements, and compliance standards. Experience with FQHCs/community health centers and value-based care models is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
