In this role, you will:

* Lead the book management of more complex client portfolios
* Establish investment objectives
* Identify the implementation of applicable investment and risk management policies and procedures in a large number of agency and trust relationships
* Oversee the review and research of prospective client investment holdings
* Collaborate with regional partners and clients to develop a client investment plan
* Provide support for set-up, maintenance, the implementation of guided portfolios, and for a high quality and consistent client onboarding experience
* Monitor portfolios and oversee risk management and compliance activities to ensure adherence to company's policies and procedures within Wealth Client Investment Management functional area
* Serve as the liaison between financial intermediaries as required
* Lead Wealth Client Investment Management projects and a team
* Serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals

Required Qualifications, US:

* 4+ years of Wealth Client Investment Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

* Masters of Business Administration (MBA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or other designation
* Experience managing client portfolios strongly preferred

**Summary**

The Senior Client Solutions Manager is responsible for managing the execution of the service plan. Ensures that that handoff from the Business Development to the branch goes smoothly.
