About the Role Charlie Health is hiring exceptional Licensed Mental Health Therapists/ Counselors to provide telehealth services. We're eager to work with forward-thinking mental health, substance use, and eating disorder professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.
This can either be a contract/1099 position or a W2 position.
A contract position allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our clinicians be able to dedicate a minimum of 12 hours per week to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.
W2 position requires full time availability with some availability in the evenings and Saturdays required to facilitate group sessions and take on individual and/or family sessions.

Well versed in a variety of modalities and feel confident integrating them into your treatment approach (DBT, CBT, EMDR, MI certification is a plus)
Comfortable working with a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and adults.

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $53,000 and $75,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $57,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

About the Role
We are hiring experienced crisis clinicians to provide remote behavioral health crisis assessments and clinical oversight within our Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) program.
This is a senior-level role, not entry-level. Candidates must have prior assessment experience and the ability to submit redacted samples of clinical work.
Clinical work is fully remote after in-person onboarding, orientation, and initial training at our main office.
What You'll Do
Conduct remote crisis assessments via secured HIPPA compliant telehealth platforms
Assess suicide/homicide risk, safety concerns, substance use, cognitive functioning, trauma history, and environmental factors
Determine medical necessity and make diagnostic determinations within scope
Complete all required clinical documentation.

Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 6 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F, and between 9 am - 5 pm Saturday. All Eastern Time Zone.
Include at least four(4)+ hours within your schedule, which should be after 5 pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend.
On-call is not required, but checking and responding to time-sensitive emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO.
Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week, as a set recurring schedule.

Qualifications
* Current unrestricted independent licensure in a behavioral health field or a medical field with experience in a psychiatric setting (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, Licensed Psychologist or RN)

* Knowledge and experience in accessing community resources to help cast members with basic needs.
* Certified in Mental Health First Aid
