Minimum Qualifications:

**What You'll be Doing:**
As a Senior AI/Voice Application Engineer, you will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale AI and voice communication solutions for contact center operations. You will architect intelligent systems that leverage cutting-edge GenAI capabilities, real-time voice processing, and scalable cloud infrastructure to deliver transformative customer experience solutions.
You'll report to the Director, Application Development.
During a Typical Day, You'll:
- Architect and develop complex GenAI applications using Golang, implementing multi-agent systems, conversation intelligence, and autonomous workflow automation
- Design voice infrastructure solutions including SIP trunking, session border controllers, and real-time media processing pipelines
- Lead the development of AI-powered contact center capabilities such as virtual agents, real-time agent coaching, and predictive analytics

- Implement advanced AI techniques including fine-tuning, few-shot learning, and multi-modal AI applications
- Architect integration layers between contact center platforms (Amazon Connect, Genesys, Avaya, etc.) and enterprise systems
- Design and implement voice quality monitoring, fraud detection, and compliance recording solutions
- Establish best practices for AI model governance, versioning, and deployment strategies
- Mentor development teams on Golang best practices, AI integration patterns, and telecommunications protocols
- Drive technical decision-making for platform architecture, technology selection, and system design
- Lead proof-of-concept initiatives and rapid prototyping for emerging AI capabilities
What You Bring to the Role:
- 6 years of professional Golang development experience with demonstrated expertise in system design
- Proven track record building and deploying GenAI applications, including integration of LLMs, embedding models, and AI orchestration frameworks
- Deep understanding of SIP protocol, RTP/SRTP, voice codecs (G.711, Opus, etc.), and telecommunications standards
- 3 years of experience with contact center technologies, including CCaaS platforms, ACD systems, or workforce management tools
- Expert-level knowledge of cloud-native architectures on GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Strong experience with microservices patterns, event-driven design, and distributed systems
- Proficiency with streaming technologies (Kafka, Pub/Sub, Kinesis) and real-time data processing
- Track record of mentoring engineers and leading technical initiatives

Main Duties and Responsibilities
The Voice and Unified Communications Engineer is responsible for maintaining, administering and troubleshooting the Firm's existing Voice platforms, including voicemail, devices and associated lines, electronic fax solutions and call reporting solutions. In addition, this role is required to support any transitions to Unified Communications platforms, including designing, auditing, testing, configuring and deploying solutions on a global basis.
The responsibilities will include ongoing maintenance and issue resolution while ensuring the designated platform has sufficient capacity, performs as required and is readily available throughout the platform's existence, including, but not limited to:
Maintain and troubleshoot existing Cisco voice systems; analyze telecommunications requirements and plans, program and test telecommunication systems.

The Snr. Analytics Engineer sits at the intersection of Data Analytics and Data Engineering, and is responsible for bringing robust, efficient, and integrated data models and products to life. This role owns the data transformation layer - making sure data is ingested, transformed, scheduled, and ready to be used for analytics. The successful Analytics Engineer speaks the language of business teams and technical teams and is able to blend business acumen with technical expertise and transition between business strategy and data development.
Responsibilities:
Writes high engineering quality SQL and Python based transformations running in cloud data warehouses (in ELT fashion)
Serves as the responsible individual for major sections of the Enterprise Dimensional Model through model design, code development, reviews, pairing, and training to deliver optimal and scalable database designs and queries
Leads four or more departmental analytics engineer projects from beginning to operationalization
Setup threat intelligence metrics dashboards across a variety of knowbe4's products
Understand core product features and come up with new metrics to track the efficacy of these products
Collaborate with product managers and fellow engineers to establish and refine requirements
Contribute directly to existing data pipelines when building out new metrics
Minimum Qualifications:
BS or equivalent plus 8 years experience
MS or equivalent plus 3 years experience
Ph.D. or equivalent plus 2 years experience
Experience with common SQL and no-sql databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and MongoDB
An understanding of machine learning and statistical methods and how they are applied
Experience using Data Science libraries such as Pandas, Numpy, and Scikit-Learn
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Quicksights, Looker and PowerBi
Able to leverage structured formats like JSON, YAML and related technologies to build scalable, testable applications in Docker and other tools.
Ability to appropriately use GenAI to accelerate their learning and development
Understanding of web frameworks (FastApi, Flask, Django, Rails, Laravel)
Great communicator and team player
Creativity, initiative and acute attention to detail
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) particularly Athena, Sagemaker, EMR and Step Functions
The base pay for this position ranges from $105,000 - $158,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.
