    The Director, Learner & Alumni Communications will lead a team in the development and continuous improvement of communications directed to learners and alumni. The incumbent will develop and execute a clear strategic communications plan for both audiences in conjunction with leadership of the College and Alumni Relations. Role and Responsibilities: Create a communication plan that more fully aligns the learner's perspective with the value proposition of their nursing program. Lead development and continual improvement of communication on my Nightingale portal. Research, write, and edit information on Learner/Alumni communications processes, procedures and policies. Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations for communication processes such as software use, collaborator training, and information distribution. Develop and maintain regular communication to inform current learners of relevant news and information supporting the College's engagement, retention, and completion goals.
