Physical Activities:

Education / Certifications:
•U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Residency status by providing their Alien Registration Number.
•Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
•High School/GED, Associates Degree preferred.
Experience:
•Five (5)-years' experience as a Field Service Technician or related field.
•Experience performing complex and/or routine tasks.
Skills & Technology Used:
•Must possess a proficient level of computer skills in the use of Microsoft Office Suite of tools, including Microsoft Teams.
•Must have the ability to read, write and communicate orally in English with a high level of proficiency.
•of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).
•Must have the ability to comprehend/provide basic blueprint renderings.
•Ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees, including supervisory management.
•Must be able to exercise discretion and good judgment.
•Must possess excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
•Must have excellent interpersonal skills and ability to demonstrate the company's core ethical values of integrity, respect and responsibility in daily work, activities and interactions with coworkers and internal/external customers.
Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities:
•May be responsible identifying and quantifying project fiscal/budget estimates.
