Senior Compliance Specialist Careers

As the senior compliance specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring and promoting relevant compliance programs across the organization. You'll help review and resolve compliance issues from various sources, including government agencies. You'll oversee the proper application of compliance and regulatory policies and procedures. Asides from that, you'll help with the various initiatives of the organization and contribute to the improvement of client experience. Additionally, you'll help implement procedures for monitoring and testing compliance in the organization. Also, you'll develop metrics, monitor reports, and inform management of compliance activities.

For this position, you need a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant field. You must have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Essential skills are communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and analytical skills. You must be proficient in Microsoft Office. Senior compliance specialists make an average salary of $88,952 per year. This ranges between $68,000 and $116,000.
