What you will do:


The End User Computing Analyst performs maintenance and integration activities as they relate to the end user computing environment inclusive of desktops, laptops, monitors, peripherals, security, inventory, and asset management. Responsible for the installation, repair and preventative maintenance of personal computers (PCs), printers, and peripheral equipment (for e.g. scanners).Performs all installations, upgrades and may perform backups of software and hardware applications.Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to PCs, printers, and peripheral equipment. The Sr. End User Computing Analyst II provides advanced technical support and problem management to end users on complex issues regarding end user computing operations including installations, moves, adds, system status, etc.Under minimal direction, provides third level end user computing support for issues that have not achieved resolution and have subsequently been escalated. Coordinates configuration/installation and troubleshooting of end user computing hardware and software.Implements new hardware and performs software testing, helping to establish and maintain NorthShore standards.Provides remote PC support and troubleshooting on issues that are not able to be resolved by the on-site Analyst. Provides status reports, problem summaries, and project status as required.Performs a variety of complicated tasks and may lead and direct the delivery of work by others.Acts as technical lead analyst for special projects involving the deployment and installation of end user computing equipment across the HealthSystem.A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected as well as critical problem solving is required.

**Description:** The selected candidate will be part of a team that reports to the C2BMC Watch Officer \(CWO\) and performs daily system monitoring, operations and maintenance of the C2BMC systems in a 24x7 operations and test environment\. The candidate will provide first level technical support to the warfighter and perform initial troubleshooting of all local C2BMC hardware, software and networks\.

The candidate will document and report all events/issues to the CWO and receive tasking and direction from the CCC for all operations, test & real world events\.

The candidate will also assist in all hardware/software installations as directed by the local SMEs and create and maintain user accounts per Cyber policies directed by the local ISSO\.

Position requires 24x7 rotating shift work\. Candidate will be assigned to a shift and assignment in Ops or Training; to be determined by mission requirements\. Some substitute rotation during off\-shifts, including nights and weekends will be required\.

**Basic Qualifications:**

• Must meet DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification requirements \(Security \+ CE, CySA\+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNA Security\)\.
