Principal Duties & Responsibilities: The Commercial Senior Analyst/ Associate - PPAs is anticipated to have the following duties and responsibilities: Source, structure, and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and related offtake contracts for power, RECs and potentially other ancillary services, to support business goals. Evaluate and engage with potential counterparties including independent power producers (IPPs), utilities, and large energy consumers.
