Job Responsibilities: Use firm resources to learn and improve understanding of Workday, Leapwork and other technology platforms Ability to think logically and solve complex client technical requirements and translate into simple language Provide new solutions through the modification and implementation of existing software tools and platforms as well as contribute to the development novel solutions Troubleshoot problems by finding their root cause in the system and recommending solutions Research integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management Gather and create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment life\-cycle Identify client enhancement opportunities for existing and new features introduced across new Workday releases.
