Key Responsibilities
Assist to set an aggressive sales strategy to develop new accounts and to grow the existing account business in respective area.
Develop physician champions for product adoption in new accounts while increasing the user base per generator.
Serve as a key field resource for driving competitive positioning in target accounts
Incorporate tactical selling skills through proficiency in selling language that includes consultative or solution-need selling
Establish excellent relationships with physicians allied health professionals; specifically epileptologists, neurologists and neurosurgeons in the territory
Manage effective customer education and training; driving participation in specific company sponsored educational and training programs
Educate customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of RNS System through presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, clinical sheets, iPad, manuals etc.).

Cover surgical cases and support Therapy Consultants with OR logistics and patient workflow
Support in-clinic patient programming and educate clinicians on NeuroPace's RNS System
Work with Field Clinical Engineers to support patient education events including EFA Meetings and support groups
This includes Caspio for patient pipeline management and Salesforce CRM
Work in close cooperation with Primary Therapy Consultant and Regional Management regarding certain aspects of territory performance, including territory sales, customer satisfaction, execution of business plan, and reporting mechanisms.
Drive patient identification by working closely with referring physicians and epilepsy coordinators
Build and maintain relationships with local neurologists and epileptologists to drive community referrals
Track and report referral activity, clinic utilization, and case support in Salesforce.com
Maintain strong clinical credibility while developing foundational sales skills and business planning exposure
Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years' sales experience within the medical device industry. Experience with Class III implantable devices preferred
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Business, or related)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate new business in designated territory.
Analysis, planning and implementation of products and services targeting client needs.
Sell the full suite of Vested HR products and services in person, and virtually, to business owners, HR managers and payroll professionals.
Be a student of the industry- be knowledgeable of new products and services as well as Broker practices and trends.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quota and activity goals.
Prepare executive summaries for client presentations.
Prepare and present sales proposals to prospects.
Schedules ongoing meetings with clients to address questions and concerns during implementation.
Data collection to provide guidance and direction on products and services, marketing and sales, and other areas related to general business.
Develop lead generation and utilize CRM (HubSpot) to track activity.

Detailed Qualifications:
4-year business degree preferred
2+ years of successful track record in business to business (B2B) sales, PEO preferred but not required.
Independent seller able to keep up with a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and technical presentation skills to clearly communicate our valued offering and instill confidence in potential clients

The Sr. Supplier Recovery Leader will be responsible for driving structured problem solving, leading continuous improvement activities, and improving overall supplier performance. This requires clear definition of gaps that exist (what problems need to be solved), engagement and partnership at genba with supplier partners, co-develop and share accountability for supplier recovery action plan to solve the problems identified, and drive and/or participate in activities including FLIGHT DECK training and kaizen to close the gap at suppliers. You will be accountable for delivering results from assigned suppliers by connecting supplier genba problem solving to supplier leadership, GE Aerospace supplier management, and overall GE Aerospace leadership engagement.

**Essential Responsibilities:**
+ Represent GE Aerospace with external suppliers; build and use these relationships to deliver results to meet customer expectation
